The Hyphaerie Concept
Hyphae: The individual threads that connect mycelium networks. Tapestries woven by nature tell tales of toadstools, fairy rings and folklore.
Phaerie: A winged friend drawn into being through storytelling, magic and play. The inconspicuous creature found dancing by the wayside of the urban world. The phaeries call us home to the circadian rythmn of nature.
The Hyphaerie jewels pay tribute to the healing powers of folklore, fantasy and the natural world.
craftsmanship and Design
Jewellery
Ambrin trained in Jewellery Design at Central Saint Martins and holds a GIA Certificate in Pearls. She is a former recipient of both the Swarovski Foundation Scholarship and Mikimoto Scholarship. She cut her teeth as a workshop intern for Shaun Leane. She has exhibited her jewellery both nationally and internationally and has appeared on British television demonstrating her metalwork skills. She is an experienced jewellery educator having worked as an Associate Jewellery Lecturer and Visiting Practitioner at Central Saint Martins.
